We pray that you are staying positive and well! As you continue to plan for your wedding we wanted to give you a few insights on how to make the most of your special day. Your special day is going to be beautiful, memorable, emotional, and will likely go by pretty fast, and that’s okay, here’s how to make the most of your special day:
First, think about what’s most important to you? What kind of experience are you wanting for yourself and your guests? Try prioritizing around those events while you’re planning. For example: Does being able to mingle with your guests more throughout the day important to you? If so, you can take the majority of your formal pictures before the ceremony begins. This will give you time to join the guests during cocktail hour. Even if you’re not into the first look with your guy, you can still get many photographs done with your bridal party and immediate family before the ceremony.
Are you having a wedding in the late evening and want to hurry and get the party started? Well, taking photographs early will help here as well and you can also shorten or omit the cocktail hour if your formal photographs are already done. And if you're not into the reception formalities, another option is to omit those formalities as well.
However you choose to plan your special day, just remember to fully immerse yourselves and enjoy every moment of the day! Don’t stress about the small stuff such as schedules, times, decor, etc.-hopefully you’ll have us for that. We hope that this information was helpful. Stay positive during this uncertain time; your special day will happen. ~Happy Planning
