Have you ever tried to figure out the order of who is to be seated first at the wedding when it comes to the bride's mother, grandparents, and the groom's parents? Well we're here to help!
Q: Who walks down the aisle first, the bride's mother or the groom's parents?
A: Here's the traditional rundown, but varies based on religion: After the ushers have seated all of the guests, the grandparents are escorted up the aisle followed by the groom's parents. Then the bride's mother takes her turn up the aisle. The bride's mother is the last to be seated before the bridal party procession begins. Dad will be walking his princess down the aisle for her grand entrance. :) Having a Day-Of Coordinator available on your special day will ensure that everyone knows when to walk the aisle. Stay tuned for more wedding talk!
